Khloe Kardashian: Diet

Khloe Kardashian lost 25 pounds before marrying Lamar Odom. Now, she’s working harder than ever to maintain her new shape and be proud of her healthy body. She said that on television when she stands next to her sisters (Kim and Kourtney) everyone thinks she’s exceptionally tall, but actually she’s five-foot-ten and it’s her sisters who are exceptionally short. But putting heigth aside she’s not aiming to be stick thin. She said,
“I don’t like being skinny. It’s not really a numbers things for me.”
Khloe claims to use QuickTrim’s Extreme Burn supplement to boost her metabolism and follows a healthy diet. Here’s a look at her meal plan:
Pre-Workout: QuickTrim Extreme Burn supplement
Breakfast: Turkey bacon and eggs or oatmeal and fruit.
Lunch: Salmon and brown rice or green salad with seasonal fruit.
Snack: Two more QuickTrim pills as well as an apple with peanut butter or Wheat Thins.
Dinner: Grilled chicken with veggies or salad.
Late Snack: Edamame
As for her workout she likes to work up a good sweat by boxing and if she’s not with her sisters or with a trainer she’ll workout in public to prevent herself from slowing down. She explained,
“Because there are so many people there [Santa Monica], I get competitive. I’m like, ‘I can’t let these people see me gasping for air.’ It motivates me to keep going. I love it.”
