Kelly Osbourne: Weight Loss on Dancing with the Stars

Dancing with the Stars contestant Kelly Osbourne has worked hard at losing weight during the current season of the show. Standing at only 5′3 she has lost 14 pounds over the past couple of months and credits the rigorous choreography for her recent slim down. What makes Kelly’s story so special is that she revealed she hasn’t been this slim since the days she did drugs. But this time around she’s done it the healthy way. She wrote in her column for the UK’s Closer Magazine,
“I’m a size 8 [US size 4] now since losing more than a stone [14 pounds] from all the dance training. I’ve been that small before, but it was when I was taking drugs and was really unhealthy. Now I’m so fit and even my skin looks better – I think it’s from all the sweating!”
Despite her recent weight loss and glowing skin Kelly did admit that she wants to start some weight training to tone her upper arms. Good luck, Kelly.
